Ideas for Using Art Tissue Paper in Your Classroom
Even if you purchase the best art tissue paper for your classroom, its value lies in your ideas for using it. Here are a few ideas you can use in your classroom:
Tissue paper flowers: These easy crafts have been popular for decades. They brighten a room and are easy for tiny fingers to assemble.
Bleeding: Bleeding tissue paper for your classroom is a fun option for all ages. Moisten a sheet of paper a little at a time and pack it full of colored tissue paper. As the paper dries, it will peel off, and the color will bleed into the paper underneath.
Tissue paper stick-ons: You can provide a printed or hand-drawn picture outline and allow your students to glue tissue paper to the picture to "color" it. It works well with images of animals like sheep, rabbits, or peacocks, which naturally have wool, fur, or feathers.
